Catherine’s Famous Cheese Dip
½ gallon can of Nacho cheese
1 to 2 LBS of hamburger meat
4 small cans of rotel or 1 large can or rotel tomatoes
Brown and drain hamburger meat. Add tomatoes and nacho cheese. Mix well and heat. Serve with Tostitos chips!
Velveeta Cheese Dip
1 large box of Velveeta cheese
2 or 3 cans of rotel tomatoes
1 lb hamburger meat
Brown and drain hamburger meat. Cube velveeta cheese. Add in hamburger meat and rotel. Heat until cheese is melted completely. Serve with Chips…is also good if served in a toasted Hawaiian bread bowl.
Taco Cheese Dip
1 large box of Velveeta cheese
1 package of taco meat seasoning
2 or 3 cans of rotel tomatoes
1 lb hamburger meat
Brown and drain hamburger meat. Pour taco seasoning on hamburger meat. Cube velveeta cheese. Add in hamburger meat and rotel. Heat until cheese is melted completely. Serve with chips
Cream Cheese Sausage Dip
1 LB of Owens Sausage
2 pkg of cream cheese
1 or 2 can of rotel tomatoes
Brown sausage and drain. Add in rotel and cheese. Heat until melted. Serve with Chips
