Broccoli and Rice Casserole
2 package frozen chopped broccoli crowns (cooked and Drained)
1 cup rice (cook)
1 small onion
½ stick margarine
½ pound velveta cheese
½ cup milk
1 can Cream of mushroom
1 can Cream of chicken soup
Stir cooked broccoli into Hot rice. Sauté onions in butter. Add to rice. Make sauce of cheese milk and soup. Stir into Rice mixture. Place into baking dish and bake. 350 for 40 minutes.
