Smother Fried Taters

Smother Fried Taters

10 potatoes

1 large onion

½ cup oil

Salt

Peel and wash potatoes. Slice like French fries. Heat oil in large skillet. Slice up onions, salt potatoes and add to onions and oil. Stir well. Cover with lid. Turn fire to low. Stir occasionally. Cook until done.
