Armadillo Eggs

Armadillo Eggs

1 LB of Ground Owen Sausage

1 package of Shredded Cheese

Cup of sliced jalapenos

1 package of Shake N Bake

Pinch off and flatten out sausage. In center of raw sausage place desired amounts of cheese and jalapenos. Fold sausage around the cheese/jalapeno mixture to make a tightly closed ball. Place in Bag of shake n bake and shake up. Remove and place on a baking dish. Repeat process till you have used all of the ingredients. Bake eggs in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until meat is done.
