Seafood Salad

Grandma Anola's Seafood Salad

1 loaf bread

1 medium onion diced

5 boiled eggs

Green pepper diced

3 stalks celery diced

1 package of imitation crab

2 cups of shrimp (or about a pound)

1 ½ cup Miracle Whip

1 ½ cup Mayonnaise

Butter bread and cut into small cubes. Mix in eggs, onions, pepper, and celery. Put into covered Tupperware and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

In the Morning add shrimp and crab.

Mix with Miracle Whip and Mayonnaise.
