Lemon Squares

1 cup all purpose flour

1/3 c butter soften

¼ cup confectioner sugar

Combine ingredients and put in baking dish. Bake at 375 for 15 mins

While that is baking combine

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs

2 Tb all purpose flour

2 Tb Lemon Juice

½ tsp lemon extract

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Until frothy.

Take Crust out of oven and pour filling over crust. Put back in oven and bake for 18-22 mins at 375 or until light brown.

Sprinkle confectioners (powdered) sugar over top
