Twice Baked Potatoes

Twice Baked Potatoes
10 LBS of Potatoes
1 LB of Butter
1 LB of Cheddar Cheese
1 LB sour cream
10 oz of Baking bits
2 bundles of green onions
Salt and pepper
Wash and boil potatoes with skins on…until done. Peel and slice potatoes thin. Add butter and mix well. Add cheese and mix well. Add Sour Cream and mix well. Add baking bits and mix well. Add Onions and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake covered in 350 oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake until slightly brown.
