Meat Balls and Gravy

2LB hamburger meat

Salt

Pepper

10 bullion cubes

½ cup oil

1cup flour

1 quart water.

Mix hamburger meat with salt and pepper, roll into balls. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake until done on 350 for about 30 minutes. Drain grese from balls, and set aside.

Melt Bullion in quart of water.

In skillet brown flour in oil. Pour in bullion mixture and make gravy. DO NOT ADD SALT! Taste to see if Bullion made the gravy to salty. If it did add more water. Pepper to taste. Pour gravy over meat balls, cover and place bake in oven. Bake until bubbling. Serve with Mashed potatoes or rice.
