Squash Pickles

Squash Pickles
10 cups of peeled sliced squash
2 chopped onions
2 chopped and de-seeded bell peppers
3 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp celery seed
Vinegar, sugar, salt, seeds in a pot, bring to a boil. Add in veggies and bring to boil, again. Put in Jar and seal immediately. DO NOT LET COOL BEFORE SEALING IN JAR. After you tighten lid as tight as you can get it. BE SUPER CAREFUL to not tighten lid again. Seal breaks easily.
****When using glass jars. Be sure to heat jars in water before putting hot stuff in them. HOT ingredients in a cold glass jar will BURST!****
