Lemon Pepper Chicken and Potatoes

1 LB Chicken Breast Strips

4 potatoes

6 TBL butter

Lemon Pepper

Peel and slice Potatoes into wedges. Spread onto bottom of baking dish. Add about 1 cup of water and sprinkle with lemon pepper and add butter. Cover and bake on 400 for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place Raw chicken (sprinkled with lemon pepper) on top of potatoes. Cover and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes depending on size of Chicken breast.

The Best kind of Lemon Pepper to use is McCormick or Tone’s
