Rockin’ Beans
2 lbs Pinto Beans
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 ½ TBL brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped onions
Salt
Water
1 LBS smoked pork meat
Look and cook beans in water, until about ½ way done. Add meat. At about 2/3 done add rest of ingredients and cook until done. Serve hot with Hot Water cornbread.
Granny uses meat left over from BBQ.
