Mexican Casserole

Mexican Casserole
1 package of corn tortillas or (Cheese Doritos!)
2 cans of Ranch Style Beans
1 26oz can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 pounds of Hamburger
1 chopped onion
8oz Velveeta Cheese
28oz can Rotel Tomatoes
8oz Monterey Jack shredded cheese
Brown and drain hamburger. Chop onions and velveeta cheese. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT Chips and Monterey Jack, together. Heat in pot on stove until Velveeta is melted. Crush your Doritos and mix with heated mixture. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle Monterey Jack on top. **** If using tortillas you need to layer****
Bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees.
