Cake Icing

Cake Icing

4 cups Powder sugar

1 cup White shortening

1 egg white

1 tsp water

Food Coloring of choice

Beat ingredients 10 minutes. If to stiff add ¼ tsp water. Continue adding 1/8 tsp of water until desired texture. DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH WATER OR YOU WILL DESTROY ICING AND HAVE TO START ALL OVER!!!!!
