1 Turkey (Aunt Angie thinks it must be at least 20LBS)
Meat tenderizer
Wash Turkey and remove giblets from BOTH ends of the turkey. Sprinkle Meat tenderizer on outside AND inside of Turkey. Lay turkey on his tummy in a pan. Wrap TIGHT with aluminum foil. Cook on 350 for 3 hours. Check to make sure he is done. This turkey will not be brown, however he will be moist.
