Chocolate Pie

Chocolate Pie

Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 HEAPING TBL of Coco well.

Add 2 TBL flour

Mix 1 can of canned milk and 3 egg yolks (save whites) then add to above mixture.

Cook on low fire until thick.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell add Meringue and bake 30 mins on 350.

Make Meringue with egg whites by beating with mixer until peaks. ABSOLUTELY NO yolk can be in the whites.
