Stuffed Chicken or Pork
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast or boneless pork chops
1 cup grated cheese
½ cup of sour cream
Parmesan
1 package of shake n bake
Filling
Mix cheese, sour cream, and parmesan in a bowl. Add more sour cream if needed. You want to create a thick mixture. You can use the parmesan to thicken up the mixture if needed or add more cheese.
Use a meat tenderizer to flatten out meat. Once flattened spoon filling mixture onto the center and fold meat around it, using toothpicks to close. Drop into shake n bake and shake up. Place breaded meat into a baking dish.
Bake chicken on 350 for 30 minutes or until done. All chicken products should reach an internal temp of 165.
